Robin's Home is dedicated to empowering veterans and their families to build stable, independent lives through comprehensive support and resources. Located in Butler, PA and serve veterans in Western Pennsylvania.

  • Robin's Home provides comprehensive support to veterans and their families through a range of impactful programs. We offer transitional housing for homeless women veterans and their children, a Certified Peer Specialist program, and the Veterans HEART Resource Center, which includes a computer lab, food pantry, free hygiene items, clothing, and cleaning supplies. Veterans can access transportation for employment, medical appointments, and VA Compensation and Pension exams, as well as financial assistance for internet installation. Additional resources include weekly women’s support and recovery groups and a monthly budgeting class. Robin’s Home is dedicated to empowering veterans and their families to achieve stability and success.

Robin's Story:

  • Robin’s Home is named after a woman veteran who served in the Army and was deployed in support of Desert Storm. After discharge, Robin had been receiving treatment for sexual trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder when she also required surgery for medical condition. Unfortunately, due to complications from the surgery, Robin passed away January 27, 2017. In her honor, Robin’s Home provides supportive housing to women veterans and their children in need.
